Runway 15/33

Primary instrument approach runway 15/33 is a hard surface, grooved asphalt runway, 6,301' X 150'. A 700' extension will be constructed beginning in June 2006 briging the runway to 7000'. It has a single wheel limit of 55,000 pounds, a dual wheel limit of 70,000 pounds and a dual tandem axle wheel limit of 110,000 pounds.

This runway was most recently overlaid in 2000. It is instrumented from both ends with a precision ILS and a non-precision VOR, and Localizer approaches to Runway 15.

The minimum landing criteria for the straight in ILS approach is 200' AGL for ceiling height and 1/2 mile visibility.

Runway 02/20

In addition to a superb primary runway, we enjoy the benefits of a crosswind runway. Runway 02/20 is also hard surface asphalt, 4,742' by 100'. It is equipped with a Precision Approach Path Indicator System (PAPI).

This runway was most recently resurfaced in 2000.

Taxiways

The rest of the Airport facilities are equal in quality to our runways and approaches, with wide, meticulously maintained taxiways accessible to all runways.

Runway 15/33
is served by a full parallel taxiway located on the west side of the runway. This parallel taxiway is 75' wide and connects the runway with the terminal/commercial aviation area located on the western portion of the Airport property.

Runway 02/20
is served by a partial parallel taxiway which is 40' wide and connects Runway 20 end with Runway 15/33 and then to the Terminal/Commercial aviation area via the parallel taxiway system serving Runway 15/33.
