Draughon-Miller Airport is located in Central Texas and Bell County, which is approximately 6 miles northwest of the Temple central business district. The airport property occupies 922 acres, which is mostly devoted to aviation use and support facilities, with additional undeveloped areas available for appropriate facilities.

The concentration of Texas' population is within a 200 mile radius of Temple. In addition, Temple is located between and relatively equidistant from the major metropolitan areas of Dallas/Fort Worth (133 miles), Houston (169 miles), San Antonio (149 miles) and only 50 miles northeast of Austin.

Draughon-Miller has adequate land and utilities available to accommodate anticipated aircraft demands. In addition, we have adequate land available to accommodate immediate and future business development with easy access to IH-35 and Temple's Industrial Park.
