All food processing establishments, food service establishments, temporary food establishments and mobile food units are required to obtain a Food Dealers Permit from both the Bell County Public Health District and the City of Temple.

The fee collected by the City of Temple for issuance of a Food Dealers Permit is $35.00 per year. The annual fee for issuance of a Mobile Food Service Unit is $5.00
