Just keep movin"! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations. Led by Kathy "KP" Patterson.

Looking for something fun to do while out for Christmas Holiday Break. Enjoy the care free days of this holiday season at Camp Holidaze. There will be many great, creative activities planned for the camp. Campers will experience archery, hiking, Skating, rock wall climbing, outdoor living skills training, outdoor meal preparation and many other cool activities. Bring a friend or make or make new ones. Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work.
